PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. BY PURCHASING FROM DSNR ARMS YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN FULL. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE.

  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from DSNRARMS, a brand operated by dsnragency LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order through our Shopify store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

  2. Eligibility and Age Requirement:
    1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from DSNRARMS. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet this requirement.

  3. Products and Intended Use:
    1. DSNRARMS sells precision-manufactured firearm storage and accessory products, including but not limited to custom foam inserts and carrying accessories designed for specific firearm models. Our products are designed for lawful storage, organization, and transport of legally owned firearms. Our products are not firearms, firearm components, or regulated items under federal law. However, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing firearm accessories in your jurisdiction before purchasing or using any product.
  4. Purchaser Responsibility and Legal Compliance: By purchasing from DSNRARMS, you represent and warrant that:
    1. You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products you are ordering in your jurisdiction.
    2. You will use all products in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
    3. You are not purchasing products on behalf of any person who is prohibited by law from owning or possessing firearms or firearm accessories.
    4. You understand that laws governing firearm accessories vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of any product in your location prior to purchase.
    5. DSNRARMS assumes no responsibility for any purchaser's non-compliance with applicable laws. Orders shipped to jurisdictions where our products may be restricted are placed at the purchaser's sole risk and responsibility.

  5. Additive Manufacturing Disclosure:
    1. DSNR ARMS products are produced using precision additive manufacturing processes. While our products are designed and manufactured to close tolerances for specific firearm models, minor dimensional variation is inherent to the manufacturing process. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:
      1. Products may require minor fitting adjustments for certain firearm variants or aftermarket-modified firearms.
      2. Material properties, including strength and durability, may differ from traditionally manufactured alternatives.
      3. Products are designed for storage and transport use only and are not intended to withstand extreme conditions, heavy impact, or uses beyond their designed purpose.
      4. Compatibility is based on standard, unmodified firearm specifications. DSNRARMS makes no warranty of fit for modified, aftermarket, or non-standard variants.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
    1. ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DSNR ARMS AND DSNRAGENCY LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
    2. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or expectations beyond the product descriptions provided at the time of purchase. 
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DSNR ARMS, DSNRAGENCY LLC, OR ANY OF ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
      1. Damage to property, including damage to firearms or firearm components;
      2. Personal injury or bodily harm arising from product use or misuse;
      3. Non-compliance with applicable laws in the purchaser's jurisdiction;
      4. Product incompatibility with modified, customized, or non-standard firearm variants;
      5. Loss of use, data, profits, or business;
      6. Any other losses, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
    2. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
    3. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply, but we limit our liability to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

       

  8. Indemnification:

    1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dsnragency LLC d.b.a DSNRARMS, its owners, members, officers, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of any product; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) any third-party claim related to your purchase or use of our products.

  9. Safe Storage and Handling

    1. DSNRARMS products are designed to assist in the organized storage and transport of lawfully owned firearms. You acknowledge that safe and responsible storage of all firearms remains your sole responsibility at all times.

    2. DSNRARMS products are not designed or intended as a primary security solution and should not be relied upon as such.

  10. Orders, Pricing, and Payment:

    1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale, orders with suspected fraudulent activity, or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations.

    2. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

  11. Shipping and Delivery:

    1. We ship to U.S. addresses only. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. DSNRARMS is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

    2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you are ordering may be lawfully shipped to and received at your delivery address. Orders shipped to addresses where restrictions apply are placed entirely at your risk.

  12. Returns and Refunds:

    1. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or materially defective. If your product arrives in a condition that is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dsnragency.com with photos documenting the issue. We will assess each claim individually and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

    2. We do not accept returns for fit issues resulting from modified, aftermarket, or non-standard firearm configurations.

  13. Intellectual Property:

    1. All product designs, branding, graphics, copy, and other content associated with DSNRARMS are the exclusive property of dsnragency LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without express written permission.

  14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

    2. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at Support@dsnragency.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

  15. Changes to These Terms:

    1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Shopify store. Your continued use of our store or placement of an order after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  16. Severability:

    1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

  17. Entire Agreement

    1. These Terms, together with any policies posted on our Shopify store, constitute the entire agreement between you and DSNRARMS with respect to your purchase and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
